  • We reserve the right to change prices and product information.

 

 

4. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are only final after receipt of payment.

  • Payment can be made via the payment methods offered in our webshop.

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within the Netherlands and to other countries upon request.
    Orders are shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

 

 

6. Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, you can return the product under the following conditions:

  • Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving your order.

  • Please send an email to info@formilabel.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (including labels).
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Please note:

  • Sale items or personalized products cannot be returned.

  • Damaged or used products cannot be accepted as returns.

 

 

7. Liability

Formilabel is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the delivered products.

 

 

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible via info@formilabel.com. We aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days.
