At Formilabel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the product under the following conditions:

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days after you receive your order.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@formilabel.com with your order number and reason for return.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all labels and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.


Please Note:

Sale items and personalized/custom products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or used products cannot be accepted for return.
